How Hawaiian Vacationers In Las Vegas Are Buying Vacation Ownership For Mainland And Island Travel

When guests arrive from the Hawaiian islands to Las Vegas and stay in our hotels and then tour vacation ownership and timeshare resorts to consider purchasing, they tell us that just because home is considered to be a “paradise” to many, they enjoy taking a break from ” paradise” and coming to the mainland, Las Vegas, especially for gambling, shopping, food, shows, and lots of fun.
The pace is different than the islands, the scenery, much different, and the temperatures , warm and dry instead of hot and humid. The students often go back to school earlier, the beginning of the summer for us here on the mainland, instead of at the end of the summer, so many of the Hawaiian guests come to shop the Las Vegas malls and outlet centers for the family clothing, shoes, and other needs.
When the Hawaiian guests compare hotel accommodations to the vacation ownership and timeshare condos, they usually tell us they like the spaciousness, kitchen facilities, the separate bedrooms, outdoor tables and possibly a barbecue grill on your balcony.
Buyers of vacation ownership and timeshare are often asking for access to amenities and transportation to other popular entertainment destinations. The entry levels for purchase of vacation ownership and timeshare resort ownership in Las Vegas are considered very reasonable for most Hawaiian visitors who are familiar with Hawaiian island pricing for vacations. There’s nothing inexpensive or cheap that will come up in a conversation about purchasing in Hawaii.
The best way for the Hawaiian guests to determine if becoming vacation owners is right for them is to go on a vacation ownership presentation, ask questions, and see the value for themselves.
